Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PrimeTurn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

PrimeTurn is an online marketplace that connects property owners and managers ("Clients") with independent service contractors ("Contractors"). PrimeTurn is not a party to any service agreement between Clients and Contractors and does not perform the services itself.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.

Contractors must hold any licenses, insurance, and permits required by law in their service area.

Contractors access bidding and lead features through paid subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time from your billing portal — access continues until the end of the paid period.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Bids are binding offers from Contractors. Clients may award a job at their discretion. Once awarded, Client and Contractor are responsible for finalizing the scope, schedule, and payment between themselves.

PrimeTurn is not responsible for the quality, timing, legality, or outcome of any work performed off-platform.

You agree not to: post false, misleading, or unlawful content; harass other users; circumvent fees; scrape the platform; attempt to bypass security; or use PrimeTurn for any purpose other than as intended.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Reviews must be honest and based on actual experience. We may remove reviews that violate our content policies.

PrimeTurn, the PrimeTurn logo, and all platform content are owned by PrimeTurn or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant PrimeTurn a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.

PrimeTurn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any job will receive bids, that any bid will be accepted, or that any Contractor will deliver satisfactory work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeTurn's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid to PrimeTurn in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify PrimeTurn against any claims arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your dealings with other users.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any breach of these Terms or for risk to other users or the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrimeTurn is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
