Why I Built PrimeTurn

I created PrimeTurn because I saw how hard it is for homeowners, realtors, property managers, and contractors to find reliable people and get jobs done without jumping between multiple apps, websites, and contacts.

PrimeTurn is meant to bring everything into one place. Homeowners can post jobs, contractors can get leads and grow their business, realtors can prep homes for listings, and property managers can quickly find vendors they trust.

I wanted to build something bigger than just a cleaning company. PrimeTurn is a nationwide marketplace built to make property services easier, faster, and more connected.

The goal is to create a platform where people can find work, grow their business, and manage property needs all in one system. PrimeTurn is about building a real network that connects the entire property industry together.
