How it works, in short
- 1. A customer posts a job — free, after confirming their email.
- 2. Matching contractors are alerted — based on trades, service area and residential or commercial preference.
- 3. Contractors send bids — monthly bid allowances depend on their membership.
- 4. The customer hires — then messages the contractor, follows progress and leaves a review.
What we stand by
No per-lead fees
Contractors are never charged per lead. Plans are simple monthly memberships, and customers post jobs for free.
Private addresses
Contractors see the city and ZIP while bidding. The full address goes only to the contractor who is hired.
Reviewed badges
Verified and insured badges appear only after our team reviews the documents. Badges are not licenses, endorsements or guarantees.
PrimeTurn is a marketplace, not a contractor. We don't perform the work, hold project payments in escrow, or guarantee jobs, bids or results. Customers and contractors agree on price, scope and payment directly. See Trust & Safety for details.
Who runs PrimeTurn
PrimeTurn Marketplace is owned and operated by Primeturn Services LLC, founded by Jaylan Pina. The marketplace is the company's focus; PrimeTurn does not send its own crews to marketplace jobs.
