Homeowners submit a 'Sell My Home' request. We route the lead to the realtor with ZIP exclusivity if one exists, otherwise to the top 5 matching realtors in that ZIP. Elite and Pro tiers get a score boost.
+What is ZIP exclusivity?
Elite realtors can request exclusive routing for specific ZIPs — every seller lead in that ZIP comes only to you for 24 hours. Granted by PrimeTurn admin based on availability.
+What's included in the free Basic tier?
A public directory profile, 1 ZIP claim, and previews of seller leads in your area. You can upgrade to Pro any time to receive the full lead with contact info.
+Does PrimeTurn take any commission?
