I regularly identified and recommended additional services while meeting with homeowners and evaluating projects. Many customers initially contacted us for a specific repair, but through a thorough inspection and consultation process, I would often identify related issues or opportunities for improvement. For example, a customer may have requested a roof repair, but I also recommended siding repairs, gutter replacement, window upgrades, deck restoration, drywall repairs, flooring improvements, or kitchen and bathroom updates when appropriate. My approach was always to educate the customer on their options, explain the benefits and value of the additional work, and help them make informed decisions based on their needs and budget.
